All sites have full hookups (3 services) with 50 AMP.
Electricity costs not included in rental rates. You pay for your own use.
No additional fees for your visitors.

CANCELLATION POLICY - If you cancel LESS than 10 days from your scheduled arrival date, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. - If you cancel 10 DAYS OR MORE from your scheduled arrival date, the amount of the deposit will be postponed to your next reservation within one year from the cancellation date. - NON TRANSFERABLE
